How to become a GTO member

1. Requirements:

1. Accomplished Application Form
2. Photocopy of Business Name (any of the following)
   1. Corporation – Security and Exchange Commission (SEC)
   2. Single Proprietorship – Dept. of Trade & Industry (DTI)
   3. Board of Investments (BOI)
3. One (1) 2”x2” Colored Picture of Authorized Representative/Owner
4. Specimen Signatures of Company Officers
5. Endorsement / Clearance from sectoral member
6. Mayor’s Permit
7. Sketch of the Office/Showroom/Factory Location
8. Application & Entrance fee of P3,000.00 only

Annual dues of P3,000.00 PER SUCCEEDING YEAR

All applications are subject of Board Approval.
